Airdrobe Website Terms and Conditions 

 

Purchase and Payment 

  • You should settle purchase amount of the products and the related delivery costs (if any) before the purchase check-out.  We, airdrobe.shop (“Airdrobe”), are not liable for any delay in the delivery or non-delivery if you fail to pay us, whether wholly or partially.  
  • Our acceptance of your order shall not take place, unless and until we receive your full payment, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. 
  • All purchase amount shown herein is inclusive of value-added taxes or sale taxes, but exclusive of any delivery cots (which you need to pay us, in case free delivery policy is not appliable).  
  • We shall ensure that the amount shown is accurate and updated. However, if the amount shown is wrong, then the below provisions shall apply:  
    (i) if the correct amount is lower than the shown amount, then the lower amount shall prevail (and the paid exceeding sum shall be refundable to you); or  
    (ii) if the correct amount is higher than the shown amount, then the shown amount shall prevail.  
  • Notwithstanding any contrary provisions herein contained, even after sending you our email on acceptance of order, if there is a manifest error in the purchase amount, or such error is so obvious that you should be able to easily distinguish, then we reserve our right not to sell the products at such wrong (or mistaken) purchase amount to you.  
  • Risk of damage to, or loss of, your ordered products shall pass to you at the time of delivery to your designated delivery address.   
  • To the maximum extent that the laws permit, Airdrobe reserves its right to amend or vary the purchase amount, any other charges, product descriptions, availability of the products and other Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time provided that such amendment or variation shall not affect those orders that have been accepted by us via email confirmation. 
  • We may, from time to time, offer you free gift(s) when you reach certain spending or accumulated spendings at Airdrobe.  Your payment amount is inclusive of the free gift so offered.  Please refer to our promotion from time to time offered at Airdrobe. Our offers of the gift(s) shall only be dispatched after 7 days from the date of your purchase, as long as you do not ask for a refund or exchange of your purchased products (whether wholly or partially) to us. 
  • We do not accept any cancellation and/or change of your order (including but not limited to the delivery address) after your placing order on us.  You shall solely bear for any losses and charges caused by the wrongful information given to us. 
      

Delivery Service 

  • Free delivery service will only be provided for purchase at Airdrobe with purchase amount of HK$200.00 or more in a single transaction.  A delivery cost of HK$30.00 shall be added for purchase amount lesser than HK$200.00 in a single transaction at Airdrobe. 
  • Under normal circumstances, your ordered products will be delivered to you within our designated time and period range, which should normally be within 3 to 8 working days after our acceptance of your order. Should you have any questions, please email us at  cs@airdrobe.shop.  We shall not be liable for any delays whether caused beyond our control or not. 
  • Delivery service is restricted to the designated delivery address as stated in your order and within Hong Kong region only.  

 

Refund and Exchange policy 

  • Due to the flash sales nature of our business, we operate a no return and no exchange policy on orders. All sales are final. We reserve our final judgment right in case of dispute. 
  • In no event shall we be liable for any third party claims or any incidental, consequential, indirect or special damages arising out the purchase or delivery of your ordered products.  Under all circumstances, our liability (whether in tort, contract, or otherwise) shall not exceed your purchase amount on your ordered products stated in the Sales Memo. 

 

General 

  • We make no representation or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, on the warranties of title, implied warranties of merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. 
  • Due to technical constraints or other matters outside our reasonable control, the actual colours, textures and sizes may differ to those displayed on your screen. 
  • All rights, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, in and to this Website are owned by or licensed to Airdrobe.  Your usage of this Website and its contents do not grant you any rights on our intellectual property rights, or that of third parties, in this Website or its contents.  
  • If any provisions be adjudged as invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall not be affected by such invalidity or unenforceability and shall remain in full force and effect. 
  • You are reminded to safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of your username, password, account information, payment details, and delivery particulars. We  shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss or damage which may arise from your failure to properly protect your username, password, account information, payment details, and delivery particulars. 
  • We may from time to time vary, update or amend this Website Terms and Conditions.  You are invited to visit this Website for the latest version of Website Terms and Conditions.  You will be deemed to agree with such variations, updates, and amendments if you continue to visit and browse our Website. 
  • You must comply with the Website Terms and Conditions herein.  We may at any time suspend, withhold, cancel or terminate your registration, login and / or subscription if we reasonably believe that you have caused any breach of applicable laws and/or any Terms and Conditions of this Website.  We shall exercise this discretion reasonably, but such is final and binding on you. 
  • Your personal data shall be used by us in accordance with “Airdrobe Privacy Policy”. You may visit our Website Privacy Policy for details. 
  • We reserve the final interpretation and judgment right on this Website Terms and Conditions. 
  • This Website Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
